NRHA appoints new Chief Executive Officer

(Jan. 18, 2012)   An Interim CEO is staying on.

The Nor-Man Regional Health Authority has announced the appointment of a permanent Chief Executive Officer following a nation wide search. Interim CEO Helga Bryant has been appointed to the permanent position by the RHA’s Board of Directors following a special meeting Monday.
The Board notes Bryant’s strong track record includes more than 15 years of senior leadership responsibilities with health care in Manitoba.

Bryant says this region has embarked on an initiative they call Journey Forward which will see full implementation of Manitoba Health’s 2011 Operational Review and will help them deliver on the promise of their mission of working together to improve health.
Bryant had been appointed Interim CEO last May and she moves into the permanent position immediately.
